Successfully completed an assignment for New Horizon Developers of Navsari for their prestigious project "Kshitij Bungalows".

  • This included concept development, overall design, framework for the execution of the project.
  • Interfaced with various agencies like Architects, Structural Designers, Contractors, etc.
  • Execution of civil work which included 39 bungalows, 28 twin bungalows, common facilities
N. H. Hilluwala School

Successfully completed a prestigious project of high school building for N. H. Hilluwala & Others at Vesu.

  • The project consists of 6 storey building totaling 130000 Sq. Ft. of built up area including basement.
  • Responsibilities included preparation of time schedule and supervision for civil work to ensure strict adherence to quality.
Vrundavan Resorts and Farm Houses

Currently working on 'Vrundavan Resorts and Farm Houses - a farm house project at Navsari. The project involves construction of over 400 farm houses, common facilities like club house, banquet hall, restaurant, shopping arcade etc.

DMD Logistic Park

Currently working on a textile market project consisting of 4 buildings totaling about 9 Lac Sq.Ft. construction area. This project is being put up by DMD Developers, Surat in Surat.
Krish Enclave

Currently working on 'Krish Enclave' a project comprising 6 multistory residential buildings in city light area.
Industrial Plotting near Auranga

Industrial Plotting near Auranga on NH 8 @ Valsad.
Laxminarayan Complex

Laxminarayan Complex @ Killa-Pardi, Valsad-Vapi Highway.
  • Successfully executed many projects for clients like Batliboi, L&T (ECC), ESSAR, Kirloskar American Air Filters, etc.
  • Worked on residential projects comprising of total built up area of 120000 sq. ft.

  • WTP for IMIL for KAAF.
  • Civil works for switchyard for IMIL & ECC, Mumbai.

  • 30-bed Hospital at Valsad for Dr. Devang Desai.

  • Civil work for switch yard for L & T CG at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
